NURSE PRACTITIONER
Chime is a Board Certified Full Practice Nurse Practitioner. He sees children, adolescents, and adults at the Frankfort location, as well as through virtual visits. Chime completed his specialties in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health at Olivet Nazarene and the University of St. Francis, Illinois, respectively. He strongly believes in empowering each person entrusted to his care to be the center of their journey towards wellness. His wealth of over 17 years of health care experience, his keen belief in personalized care and recovery, makes the wholeness of those he sees his priority. Chime is an adjunct clinical instructor for PA and NP students for various universities in Illinois and out of state.

Rose is a Dual Board-Certified Full Practice Advanced Practice Nurse with a specialty in Mental Health and Family Practice. Rose graduated from DePaul University and completed her specialty at Olivet Nazarene and the University of St. Francis respectively. She obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Midwestern University, Illinois. Rose brings a fresh approach to psychiatry the concept of “Presence, Creativity and Neuroplasticity”. She also believes in the concepts of partnership, empowerment by providing personalized and comprehensive services in an atmosphere of respect and compassion. Rose approaches psychiatry as a work of art and believes each encounter is unique, and the journey is different for each person.

Queen is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of St. Francis, Joliet- Illinois. She also has a background in health and wellness, with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Akron-Ohio. Queen has over 14 years of experience in mental health, working with patients across the age spectrum with dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and behavioral challenges. Her approach to care focuses on partnering with her patients as they strive to reach their individualized mental health goals, one step at a time. She believes in the use of evidence-based research practices to provide the highest level of care to those she serves.
Julia Oliyapurathu

Julia Oliyapurathu, LPC QMHP, is a licensed professional counselor who completed her bachelor’s in Psychology and Art from the University of St. Francis in Joliet IL and obtained her master’s degree in art therapy counseling from Alder University, Chicago IL. Her experience spans across several fields, working with individuals across diverse backgrounds, experiences, and orientations.
She enjoys working with adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress management, family/relationship issues, grief/loss, self-esteem, adjustment challenges, and school-based needs. Julia is also familiar with providing therapy services in various settings such as schools, community, home-based, crisis management, in-patient, and correctional facilities. Julia utilizes a wide range of therapy techniques to enhance relationship building, facilitate communication, and promote a holistic approach to care in order to foster growth.

Charlene is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate work and obtained her dual Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology at The University of Akron. She completed her graduate work and specialty training with Kent State University where she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing. She has always had a passion for helping others. She considers the “whole person” and factors that can positively impact and influence growth in desired areas. Charlene believes it is an honor to assist with the individual’s discovery for the best version of themselves.

My goal is to provide holistic and high-quality psychiatric care. I believe in care and strong communication to achieve your overall wellness. I graduated from Walden University with a Master’s in Nursing. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and in psychology. My focus includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatry, psychopharmacology, and clinical practice. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse in various psychiatric healthcare settings, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Amanda spent much of her time working with the inpatient Alzheimer’s/Dementia geriatric population.

With over 13 years of experience as a professional registered nurse, I have developed a true passion for working alongside patients of all ages and across all walks of life. As a person and professional who values individuality and kindness, I am committed to supporting all who I encounter with respect, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard. Mental health is my passion and I am honored to be able to dedicate the remainder of my career to delivering quality services to this medically underserved population. An unwavering desire to grow, both personally and professionally, has led to the strong, dynamic skillsets developed throughout the course of my career.
I have over a decade of experience serving vulnerable populations, such as adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have also had the pleasure of leading large healthcare teams, working diligently to shape today’s healthcare professionals. I graduated from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, with a Master’s in Nursing with a concentration in leadership and education, and obtained my Post-Master’s PMHNP program through Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in trauma-focused therapy and trained in many interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Theraplay, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have experience with the Crisis Mobile Unit (SASS) and Adoption Preservation. As we move through the phases of life, situations and events from the past or present may lead us to seek guidance and support to maneuver through them and come out on the other side a better, healthier person.

Noelle is a Senior Vice President at one of the top 5 largest banks in the United States. Prior to her career in banking, Noelle was Senior Consultant at a big 4 Consulting Firm and now enjoys providing freelance advisory services to small and mid-size businesses as they seek to set targets and find solutions to complex business challenges.
Noelle graduated from Johns Hopkins University with an MA degree in International Economics. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Akron. Noelle completed undergraduate studies in Business at Schiller International University, Paris Campus and subsequently took a gap year to teach English as a Foreign Language to French students at the American School of Paris. During this time Noelle discovered a passion for international cultures and committed to experiencing global cultures through travel. In addition to travel, Noelle also enjoys taking dance classes, reading biographies and spending time with family.
