Payment is required at the time you receive services. We’d like for you to confirm and update your insurance details and address each time you check in, whether in person or online. This process enables us to verify your insurance coverage instantly and calculate your share of the cost for the services or treatments provided.
We may collect co-pays and any applicable co-insurance or deductibles at the time of service. If there are outstanding balances from previous visits or services, you will also need to settle those. We require payments to be made at the time of service.
We inform patients during the appointment scheduling and in reminder notifications that payment is due at the time of service. If you can’t pay when you arrive for your visit, our staff will help you reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time.
