Our Intensive Outpatient Program is perfect for individuals needing frequent treatment sessions without the need for 24-hour supervision. This program includes:

• Three sessions per week: Each session lasts 3 hours, totaling 9 hours of weekly structured therapy.
• Small Group Setting: Typically about 8-10 participants.
• Comprehensive Support: Includes therapy, education, and support.
• Experienced Staff: Supervised by a team of licensed mental health professionals.
• Flexible Schedule: Ideal for those balancing treatment with daily responsibilities.

• Five sessions per week: Each session lasts 4 hours, totaling a minimum of 20 hours of weekly structured therapy.
• Smaller Group Setting: Typically about 4-8 participants.
• Comprehensive Support: Includes therapy, education, and support.
• Expert Care: Supervised by double board-certified psychiatrists.
• Structured Environment: Provides a safe and supportive atmosphere for intensive care
